Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to know what treatment I want before booking?

Who performs my treatment?

How do I secure my treatment appointment?
Chevron down icon
Once you and Dr Intan have talked through your treatment plan and you’re ready to go ahead, we’ll ask for prepayment to confirm your booking. This means your appointment time is set aside just for you — and for treatments using an injectable ordered especially for your visit, it also means we can have everything ready and waiting when you arrive. As soon as payment goes through, you’re officially booked in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Chevron down icon
We understand plans change, please let us know as early as you can. A missed appointment or late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) may incur a fee.
